The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to purchases made from the Toving website: www.tovingthelabel.com.
Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you make a purchase from TOVING CREATIVE SERVICES LIMITED. It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying goods from our website. TOVING CREATIVE SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and any such change will be effective once published on the website and consequently will apply to all new orders. REGISTERING WITH TOVING CREATIVE SERVICES LIMITED
You can register your details by submitting your name, address and email address to us. Please note that by submitting the form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the site. Please take time to read them.
ORDERING WITH TOVING CREATIVE SERVICES LIMITED
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address provided. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, simply that it is received. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). A dispatch email will be sent when we have checked our stocks and can confirm we have dispatched the goods you ordered, this is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you.
Once you receive the order dispatch email this will act as confirmation that your item(s) have been sent. You may receive multiple order dispatch emails if your order is being shipped in more than one parcel. If any goods are unavailable, you will receive an email to confirm the item will be cancelled and your payment for that item will be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.
Consumer Contract Rights
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract within fourteen working days, beginning the day after you receive the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Risk & Title
You will be responsible for the Products from the time they are delivered to you: the Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
We cannot ship goods to PO boxes or any army base (APO/FPO) addresses.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Klarna Shop Now Pay Later. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT within the UK and EU, but exclude delivery or duty costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in your Order Confirmation or other agreement. We are not obligated to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mispricing.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, TOVING CREATIVE SERVICES LIMITED uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. All sensitive payment information is stored on a heavily encrypted database and protected by multiple firewalls.
If an order is gateway rejected due to our security settings, please note that if you attempt the order multiple times the bank will hold these funds in a pending status for up to 5 working days. We comply fully with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive) 2000; and The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (EC Directive) 2003. More information can be found at www.dti.gov.uk.
Returns for Products purchased at Sale Prices are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our Refunds Policy
When you return an applicable Product to us:
because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price you paid for the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us immediately. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the order being received back at our warehouse.
for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and any agreed cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Right To Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your order without warning for any reason, especially if we suspect fraud.
We also reserve the right to cancel any voucher codes we believe have been misused.
EXCHANGES – NOT APPLICABLE
We do not offer exchanges on our orders. Please return your order for a refund and repurchase. If you need any assistance, please contact tovingthelabel@toving.co.uk.
SALE
Terms and conditions
Customers have up to 28 days to return their sale purchase. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Toving Ltd Returns Policy, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (this is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.
Please Note: Items in the sale are subject to further reductions. We do not reimburse the difference in sale price. In order to benefit from the discount, please return the full-price item for a refund and then repurchase the garment at the new sale price.
TAX CHARGES
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). We automatically deduct UK VAT for orders being delivered outside of the European Community. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

PROMOTIONAL/DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS + CONDITIONS
From time to time Toving Ltd run Promotions and Offers on selected products or lines, we refer to these collectively as our "Promotional/Discount Offers". All of our Promotional/Discount Offers are subject to the below Terms and Conditions:
- Valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period and previous purchases are not eligible.
- They may not be valid in stores unless otherwise stated.
- If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund.
- Promotional codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of Promotional codes may result in the cancellation of your order.
- Offer terms and conditions are provided with each Promotional Code - for specific information relevant to that offer, please refer to the marketing material on which it is featured.
- All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
- Orders cannot be amended once placed and Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
- If applicable, free delivery and free returns apply only within the UK.
- If applicable, free delivery applies to Standard UK delivery only.
Please Note:
When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code which contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
